Moritz Weber

Dr. Moritz Weber is a lawyer (admitted to the German bar) and a partner at the law firm Moore TK Legal GmbH Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft (MTK Legal), based in Mannheim.

He primarily advises medium-sized companies on all business, commercial and corporate law issues from an operational and strategic perspective. Moritz acts as a legal advisor in the context of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions with a focus on the areas of IT, pharmaceuticals, health care, chemicals, food and plant engineering. He has earned an extensive experience in advising strategic investors as well as private equity and venture capital companies. In addition, he focuses on contract drafting in all areas of commercial law. Moreover, Moritz advises in the ​​entertainment industry.

He studied at the universities of Heidelberg and Leuven (Belgium) and has been admitted to the bar since 2005. Before joining MTK Legal, he worked for many years with international law firms such as Shearman & Sterling LLP as well as Allen & Overy LLP and a national German law firm. Eventually, he was seconded to a German publicly listed (M-Dax) specialty chemicals company.
