Moritz Jenne

Moritz Jenne is a lawyer in the corporate law/M&A department of Friedrich Graf von Westphalen & Partner. He advises companies in all aspects of corporate law, corporate and commercial litigation and compliance matters. Further, Moritz is focused on supporting clients in shareholder disputes as well as advising boards and directors on liability, compliance issues and their duties in other special or sensitive situations. Moritz is a member of German association of corporate law (Gesell-schaftsrechtliche Vereinigung – VGR) and German Institute for Compliance (Deutsches Institut für Compliance e.V. – DICO). He is author of numerous legal publications in the fields of corporate law and compliance.
