Morgan Adams

Morgan Adams is nationally recognized as a truck and bus accident lawyer. Morgan's main office is in Seattle, Washington and he handles commercial motor vehicle cases throughout Washington and nationally. He is Board Certified in both Truck Accident Law and Civil Trial Law by NBTA. He is the first President of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys as well as the past Chair of the American Association for Justice’s Trucking Litigation Group, Bus Litigation Group and Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group.

Morgan has worked on truck and bus cases in 47 states often with record results. He has authored book chapters in West Publishing’s Handling Motor Vehicle Cases, 2d., ABA’s Truck Accident Litigation 3d and 4th Ed., co-authored a chapter in Anatomy of a Personal Injury Lawsuit, 4th Ed., and Trial Guides’ publishes his videos on Advanced Demand Letters: Trucking; What’s Your 20: Navigating the Complex Web of Commercial Trucking Cases; and Stop Defense Obstruction: Dealing with Written Discovery and Protective Order Abuse.
