Morgan Adams

Morgan Adams is a trial lawyer with Seattle Truck Law PLLC in Seattle, Washington, focusing on Personal Injury Litigation - Plaintiffs involving truck and bus accidents. He represents individuals and families in commercial motor vehicle injury and wrongful death cases throughout Washington and across the United States. Morgan is Board Certified in Truck Accident Law and Civil Trial Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA).

Morgan is the first President of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys and previously served as Chair of the American Association for Justice’s Trucking Litigation Group, Bus Litigation Group, and Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group. His practice includes litigation involving commercial trucking companies, passenger buses, catastrophic injuries, and traumatic brain injuries.

Over the course of his career, Morgan has worked on truck and bus accident cases in 47 states. He has contributed to legal publications and educational materials on trucking litigation and personal injury law, including chapters in West Publishing’s Handling Motor Vehicle Cases, ABA’s Truck Accident Litigation, and Anatomy of a Personal Injury Lawsuit.
