Molly Dempsey Clark is the Managing Senior Attorney at Fellerman & Ciarimboli and Chair of the firm’s Medical Malpractice Division. With nearly 30 years of legal experience, she has built a career representing individuals and families in medical malpractice, personal injury, and civil litigation matters. Known for her sharp litigation background, thoughtful preparation, and steady guidance during difficult cases, Molly helps clients pursue answers, accountability, and justice after serious injuries and life-changing losses.
Her legal career began with a strong foundation in both public service and high-level civil litigation. After earning her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh, where she received Dean’s List honors, she went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law. During law school, she was awarded the CALI Award of Excellence in Law and Medicine, reflecting an early focus on the intersection of legal advocacy and medical issues.
Before returning to Northeastern Pennsylvania, Molly gained valuable experience clerking for McGuireWoods LLP and the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office. She later joined Jones Day, one of the nation’s largest and most respected law firms, where she developed a deeper understanding of sophisticated litigation strategy, case preparation, and courtroom advocacy. Those experiences helped shape the disciplined, detail-driven approach she brings to every case today.
Throughout her career, Molly has represented clients in demanding medical negligence and personal injury cases involving serious harm, complicated medical issues, and significant consequences for families. As Chair of Fellerman & Ciarimboli’s Medical Malpractice Division, she helps guide some of the firm’s most serious medical malpractice cases with the preparation and insight needed to pursue accountability for injured clients and their families.
Molly’s record of advocacy has earned her recognition from Super Lawyers®, The National Trial Lawyers Top 100, and Philadelphia Magazine. She has been selected to Super Lawyers® for 2024 through 2026, previously recognized on the Super Lawyers® Rising Stars list from 2013 through 2016, and named among Pennsylvania’s Outstanding Young Lawyers by Philadelphia Magazine. In 2026, she also received the William J. Dempsey, Esq. Award from the Lackawanna Bar Association.
Molly currently resides in Dunmore, Pennsylvania, with her husband, Tom, and their sons, Tommy and Ryan. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.
