Moisés Castorena Katz

Moises Castorena earned his Law degree from Universidad de las Américas and began his career in civil, commercial, and family litigation. He later worked in the Mexican Senate and the Federal Congress, gaining valuable experience in legislative affairs.

He holds an LL.M. in Law and Technology from Tel Aviv University — a leading institution of academic excellence and one of the most prestigious universities in Israel — as well as diplomas in Constitutional (Amparo) and Administrative Law.

Moises has built a solid practice in Intellectual Property — including Industrial Property and Copyright — as well as in Regulatory and Administrative Law.

At Uhthoff, Gómez Vega & Uhthoff, he is part of the Intellectual Property Litigation team, managing complex cases involving trademarks, patents, and copyright before administrative and judicial authorities.
