Moisés Álvarez

Moisés is a lawyer specialising in procedural law with extensive experience largely advising companies in areas linked to recruitment and the contentious jurisdiction.

He has led civil, commercial and labour issues and has acted before the authorities in many procedures (courts of first and second instance, the Supreme Court, arbitration, etc.) and all manner of appeals (appeals, reversal, cassation, procedural contempt, etc.).

His work focuses on comprehensive counselling for clients in a range of legal fields with the purpose of avoiding lawsuits, strengthening the client's position against a potential case and, if applicable, preparing and processing legal representation from a procedural standpoint in close cooperation with the team of consultants and auditors from the Forensic Department of AddVANTE, and in conjunction with the best advisors in specialist forensic issues.
