Mitchell "Mitch" Santos

Mitch Santos represents a variety of clients in complex commercial disputes with a focus on intellectual property litigation, including patent, copyright, and trade secret matters. Mr. Santos has experience litigating a diverse range of IP disputes in federal court and before the International Trade Commission. Mr. Santos also maintains an active pro bono docket, including assisting asylum applicants and veterans in their proceedings before the Government.
