Mitchell is an experienced commercial litigator who has worked with a variety of clients across a number of different industries and jurisdictions. A strategic thinker who provides practical and commercially-oriented advice to his clients, Mitchell’s broad litigation practice includes a particular focus on complex commercial and corporate litigation and multi-jurisdictional litigation and arbitration. He has advised clients on complex contractual disputes, civil fraud matters, director and shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, as well as construction and engineering disputes. Qualified to practise in England & Wales as well as Ontario, Mitchell acquired extensive experience in commercial litigation and international commercial arbitration matters while working in London, U.K., making him a versatile ally for clients navigating intricate international disputes.
