Mishaal Gill

Mishaal is a member of Fasken’s Insolvency & Restructuring group and the Banking & Finance team.

In his insolvency and restructuring practice, Mishaal advises clients on credit and debt collection, bankruptcies, receiverships, formal and informal debt restructurings (including under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act and Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act), commercial foreclosures, and realizations under the Personal Property Security Act.

Mishaal also works with banks, credit unions, private lenders and borrowers on debt-financing and other secured transactions, including asset-based lending, syndicated transactions, acquisition financing, real estate financing, distress financing, and multi-jurisdictional financings.
