Mihaela Petre

Mihaela Petre joined Bromberg, Kohler Maya and Petre, PLLC in September 2011 and she is currently a partner of the firm. Mihaela is admitted to practice law in New York and in her native Romania. She obtained her first law degree at the Law School of the University of Bucharest, Romania, and in 2008 she graduated from Georgetown University Law Center with an LL.M. in International Legal Studies.

Mihaela practiced corporate law in Romania and worked as contract attorney for several major law firms in Washington, DC. Mihaela gained extensive NGO experience by working as Program Associate for the International Law Institute in Washington, DC. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Mihaela is fluent in English and Romanian.

Mihaela practice is limited to Immigration and Nationality Law.
