Michelle Casey

Michelle practices civil litigation, dispute resolution, and regulatory law, with a focus on environmental and public utility matters. In Michelle’s regulatory law practice, she has experience in provincial and federal regulatory regimes, environmental assessments and compliance, and defence of regulatory penalty matters. She also has a particular interest in, and experience advising clients on, provincial and federal lobbying matters. In her civil litigation practice, Michelle regularly assists in various commercial, energy, and administrative matters by conducting research, drafting, and advocating. She has appeared before the British Columbia Provincial Court and Supreme Court, as well as assisting clients in commercial arbitrations.
