My work covers due diligence, share and asset deals, joint ventures, mergers, and advising both industrial clients and private equity firms, on both the buy-side and sell-side.

I provide ongoing corporate and commercial legal advice to multinational companies across various industries (e.g. tourism, automotive, retail, technology, and manufacturing) assisting them navigate complex legal matters with a business-oriented approach.

As a dual-qualified lawyer (Italy and Spain), I bring a cross-border perspective and a deep understanding of both legal systems. My international background allows me to offer tailored legal solutions to Italian businesses operating in Spain and to Spanish companies investing in Italy.
