Michel P. "Mike" Williams

Michel P. Williams (“Mike”) joined Senn Fortis in 2013 as a Director and has been practicing law for over thirty-nine years, the majority of which was with a historical Denver firm. Mike’s practice is, in some fashion, connected to real estate. This includes extensive experience in the acquisition and disposition of office, industrial, retail, resort, and multi-family properties, as well as commercial leasing and tenant relations. In addition, Mike assists lenders with loans, pre-foreclosure workouts, foreclosures, loan modifications and servicing REO property needs.

Mike’s clients’ needs range from local real estate owners to ground-up development and hospitality companies, as well as national REITs and insurance companies. Over the past several years, Mike has been involved in numerous commercial property sales and acquisitions ranging from several hundred thousand dollars to several hundred million dollars, providing due diligence, title, and loan and closing assistance. Mike also enjoys assisting many local and national non-profits with their real estate needs.
