Michaëlle Guilbault

Michaëlle Guilbault is a lawyer in our Corporate/Commercial group in our Montréal office. Her practice covers a wide range of matters in business law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity financing and corporate law.

She is particularly active in business acquisition or sale transactions and acts for either buyers or sellers. Michaëlle is also called upon to advise clients on family business transfers and management buyouts. She is also frequently sought after for her experience in auction process deals, where Michaëlle represents both buyers seeking to stand out in this competitive process and sellers wishing to maximize their exit conditions. In addition, Michaëlle advises the firm’s clients on equity financing structures, at varying levels of complexity and involving different types of investment vehicles.
