Michaela Cronin's practice is focused on wealth transfer, tax, and business planning, including estate planning, trust and estate administration, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, complex asset division in divorce, commercial contract drafting and negotiation, and corporate entity formation, governance, and succession planning for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and corporate clients.
Michaela provides individual and business clients with sophisticated and strategic legal counsel for their complex wealth transfer and commercial needs. Prior to joining Moore & Van Allen PLLC in 2021, Michaela was a litigation associate at Blank Rome LLP in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania focusing on pharmaceutical defense and high-profile divorce litigation.
While attending the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, Michaela served as a staff writer for the Villanova Law Review and received the Villanova Law Review Scribes Award for Outstanding Legal Writing and Editing. She also worked as a legal writing teaching assistant, research assistant, student attorney for a university legal aid clinic, and judicial extern for the Honorable Gerald J. Pappert of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
