Michael Wadley

Michael represents construction companies and owners in project development and complex litigation.

Drawing on his experience working for several large construction companies, as a project manager and an estimator, he can efficiently identify issues and assist clients through all project phases from inception, procurement, implementation, and completion.

Michael works with clients on public-private partnerships, commercial, residential, gaming, stadium, and transportation projects large or small. His practice also includes representing contractors before the Nevada State Contractor’s Board and helping contractors navigate through Nevada’s complex contractor licensing regulatory requirements.

Providing a full-service approach to client service, Michael offers front-end transactional counseling and drafting as well as claims management and resolution assistance. His experience includes project delivery and contract structuring advise, contracting drafting and negotiation, risk management and insurance counseling, and general project management advice. Michael works collaboratively with all parties involved in a project to provide the right framework for project success. His transactions, disputes, and boots on the ground experience provides a unique mix of insight and perspective to clients seeking to manage and mitigate project risks at all the contracting phases.
