Biography

Michael W. Weber is a Senior Associate Attorney with Prochaska Law Firm LLC in Wichita, Kansas, representing individuals in personal injury and medical malpractice matters.

A Wichita native, he earned his undergraduate degree from Kansas State University before attending Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon, where he graduated in 2016. After practicing law in Oregon, he returned to Kansas in 2018 and has continued representing clients throughout the region.

Since joining Prochaska Law in 2018, Michael has handled a wide range of personal injury and medical malpractice cases. He serves on the Board of Governors of the American Association for Justice and on the Executive Committee of the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association. Michael has also written published articles addressing legal issues affecting injured individuals and previously served as co-chair and lead column writer for the Journal of the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association.
