Michael T. Henson

Michael Henson is an Associate in the Tax, Real Estate and Real Estate Capital Markets practices. Mr. Henson works primarily in the areas of business transactions, including real estate, mergers and acquisitions, strategic corporate transactions, private equity, divestitures and general business transactions. He has advised public companies, private companies and private equity firms (and their portfolio companies) on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, divestitures, and joint ventures.

Mr. Henson has experience in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including representing joint ventures, private equity firms and developers in connection with the purchase and sale of commercial property across all asset classes. A large portion of Mr. Henson’s practice focuses on structuring commercial real estate transactions and drafting and negotiating partnership agreements and operating agreements documenting equity investments in commercial real estate.
