Michael T. Bonetto

Michael Bonetto is a San Francisco family law attorney with Moradi Neufer LLP, serving individuals and families throughout the Bay Area. Since his admission to the California State Bar in 2007, his practice has been devoted exclusively to Family Law.

Michael represents clients in a wide range of family law matters, including spousal support, child support, child custody and visitation, complex property division, business valuation, separate property tracing, and the prosecution and defense of domestic violence restraining orders. He also regularly drafts and reviews premarital and post-marital agreements. In addition to litigation, his practice includes Family Law Arbitration and Family Law Mediation, providing clients with alternative approaches to resolving disputes.

Michael holds a state bar certification in family law and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML). Fellowship in the AAML is limited to attorneys who meet established standards and complete a comprehensive evaluation process that includes peer review, judicial feedback, and written examinations.
