Michael Skapyak

Michael J. Skapyak is an Associate in the CSG Law Corporate Group.

Prior to joining CSG Law, Michael practiced with a New Jersey-based law firm where he gained experience representing lenders in commercial lending and financing transactions. Earlier in his career, Michael clerked for the Honorable Karen L. Suter, J.A.D., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.

Michael earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where he worked as a student attorney for the Rutgers Community and Transactional Clinic, was the Managing Articles Editor for the Rutgers Race and the Law Review, and interned for the Honorable Garry J. Furnari, J.S.C., of the New Jersey Superior Court. He earned his B.A. from Rutgers University, School of Arts and Sciences.
