Michael S. Perse

Clients engage Michael to represent them in commercial disputes at both the trial and appellate levels. A Founding Member of Kluger Kaplan, Michael is a seasoned trial lawyer who has achieved noteworthy experience enforcing and collecting judgments and resolving insurance disputes and insurance coverage issues.

Michael begins each case by analyzing the legal issues and developing out-of-the-box strategies for tackling the case. Michael’s in-depth understanding and knowledge of the law give him a distinct legal advantage against his competitors. Michael believes in early dispute resolution, where appropriate, to avoid the cost of protracted litigation. His clients appreciate his commitment to their case and his understanding of how the litigation impacts their business as a whole. Michael regularly lectures for Lorman Education on the topics of judgment collection and enforcement.

Because of his personal interest in aviation, Michael has always naturally gravitated toward helping clients who are involved in litigation in the aviation industry or with aviation-related matters.

Away from the office, Michael is active in his local community. He is an adult scout leader in the local Boy Scout troop of over 80 scouts. He is also an avid fisherman and a member of the Hurricane 100 Club. During football season, Michael can usually be found tailgating before every Canes game.
