Michael "Mike" Kalis

Michael Kalis is a litigation partner in Kirkland’s Dallas office. Michael works on a range of complex litigation matters across the United States, including contract, fiduciary duty, fraud, restrictive covenant, securities, and trade secret disputes. Michael also regularly counsels companies on litigation-related issues. Michael has been named to the Best Lawyers Under 40 in Dallas list by D Magazine, selected to the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch list by Best Lawyers®, and recognized as a Rising Star by Texas Super Lawyers. Michael is also a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.
