Michael McDonald

Michael joined the Soloway Wright Real Estate & Development Group at the Kingston office in 2021, after being with a full-service firm in Toronto for several years. His practice focuses on the acquisition, financing and sale of commercial real estate, with an emphasis on condominium development.

Michael obtained his Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering, specializing in manufacturing and design, prior to obtaining his law degree. In his legal practice, Michael’s practical and level-headed approach to his clients’ problems promotes efficient and timely solutions. With experience representing a broad range of clients including developers, municipalities, institutional lenders and property owners, Michael is able to consider the interests of all parties involved in a transaction to achieve the best result for his clients.
