Michael Kennedy

Michael is an Associate Counsel with Harper Grey's Business Law Group. He brings more than 30 years of experience providing securities, general corporate and corporate governance advice to a variety of public and private companies.

His practice focuses on capital markets and mergers and acquisitions where he represents issuers and underwriters in the resource, technology, biotechnology, and industrial sectors. His extensive expertise spans IPOs, RTOs, CPCs, public and private equity and debt financings, as well as mergers and acquisitions. His public company securities work principally involves companies listed on the CSE, the TSX Venture Exchange, and the Toronto Stock Exchange.
