Michael Kah

Michael has over 30 years of experience in immigration law and has been recognised as an Accredited Specialist in immigration law by the New South Wales Law Society since 1998. He is an Associate Fellow of the Migration Institute of Australia, a member of the New South Wales Law Society committee for Accredited specialists in Immigration law, Chairman of the Conduct Panel for the Migration Institute of Australia and member of The Australian and New Zealand College of Notaries. Michael is also a Notary Public with over 30 years of experience in immigration and business law.

Michael graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Law and a Masters in Economics. He has been admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW and High Court of Australia since 1987. Michael was admitted into the New South Wales Law Society as an Immigration specialist in 1992. Michael is passionate about the law and focuses on being a true advocate for the needs of our clients. He is regularly briefed by lawyers and law firms around Australia and overseas to provide effective migration solutions for clients.
