I have significant experience advising private and public companies on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and technology licensing. I have decades of experience in the gaming industry and ran a $35-million-per-year business unit licensing an extensive patent portfolio. In addition, I am currently an adjunct professor at Roger Williams University School of Law teaching contract drafting and transactional lawyering, and I previously served as a senior advisor and special counsel to the former governor of Rhode Island.
