Mike Navitsky is a trial attorney with more than 40 years of experience representing plaintiffs in Medical Malpractice Law, Personal Injury Litigation, and Product Liability Litigation. His practice includes medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, motor vehicle accidents, and wrongful death claims. A lifelong Pennsylvanian, Mike was born and raised in Harrisburg. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton in 1979 and his Juris Doctor from Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans in 1982. After practicing law in Louisiana for nine years and litigating cases across the Gulf Coast region, he returned to Central Pennsylvania more than three decades ago. He is now based in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, where he focuses his practice on representing plaintiffs harmed by medical negligence, defective products, and other forms of preventable misconduct.
Mike has litigated cases throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in both state and federal courts. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Dauphin County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an organization limited to attorneys who have obtained verdicts or settlements of $1 million or more. Mike practices with Navitsky, Olson & Wisneski LLP, where he continues to advocate for individuals and families pursuing personal injury and medical malpractice claims in Central Pennsylvania.
