Michael J. Lowder is a partner at Kerrane Storz PC in Broomfield, Colorado. His practice is dedicated to Construction Law and Litigation – Construction, where he represents homeowners and other clients in matters involving construction defects and related disputes. Michael’s career with the firm reflects steady professional growth, having previously served as a senior attorney, associate attorney, and law clerk. During law school, he gained valuable appellate experience as a judicial extern in the chambers of the Honorable David J. Richman of the Colorado Court of Appeals.
Before beginning his legal career, Michael earned an undergraduate degree in architecture and worked for two architecture firms, including a large international firm based in New York City. This background in architecture, combined with his legal training, provides him with a practical understanding of design, construction processes, and industry standards. He applies this knowledge when analyzing construction-related issues and assisting clients with claims arising from deficient construction. Since joining Kerrane Storz PC, Michael has been actively involved in the resolution of a wide range of construction defect and construction litigation matters throughout Colorado.
Outside of his practice, Michael enjoys traveling, following his favorite football teams, boating, skiing, and working on his historic home. He also participates in a local flag football league.
