Michael Goldsmith

Michael B. Goldsmith is Chair of the Sills Cummis & Gross Fashion, Apparel and Textiles Practice Group. He has a diverse corporate practice which is international in scope. He counsels individual, corporate and institutional clients in a wide range of business-related matters ranging from general corporate and commercial work to mergers and acquisitions, licensing, financings, start-ups and insolvency work. He also represents banks, factors and retail clients, both in transactional matters and workouts.

Before joining the Firm, Michael Goldsmith was a founder and the managing member of Silverberg Stonehill Goldsmith & Haber, P.C.
