Michael Davidov

Michael Davidov is the managing attorney of Davidov Law Group, where he focuses on estate planning, sophisticated estate tax planning for high net worth clients, asset protection, probate, elder law, and special needs trusts. With over two decades of experience, he works with individuals, families, and business owners across Long Island and New York City, including many with high-net-worth estates. His unique combination of legal and financial knowledge allows him to help clients preserve wealth, minimize taxes, and create lasting legacies.

As both an attorney and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professional, Michael integrates legal planning with financial strategy to provide clients with a comprehensive approach. This dual background enables him to address estate planning needs while also considering broader wealth management and financial planning goals.

Michael earned his Juris Doctor degree from CUNY School of Law where he was a member of the Bar Review, and received clinical training in the school's Elder Law clinic. He completed his CFP coursework at Pace University and obtained a Certified Financial Planner Professional designation. Michael received his Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from Stony Brook University. He is admitted to practice law in the state of New York, and is the founder of Davidov Financial Coaching, a national SEC Registered Advisory firm.
