Biography
Mike Roundy’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, property tax abatement, independent investigations, employment law, utility law, probate litigation, construction law, insurance defense and professional malpractice litigation.
Mike handles all aspects of civil litigation. He has represented corporate, business and individual clients in both state and federal courts and before administrative agencies and boards. He has represented business owners, large and small corporations, religious organizations, public utilities, consumers and individuals in a wide range of disputes including disputes involving property tax contracts, construction, commercial leases, real estate, intellectual property, regulatory issues, products liability, defamation, employment/wage issues, fraud, civil rights, non-compete agreements, probate disputes and tax appeals.
In his cannabis practice, Mike has advised clients on issues relating to regulatory compliance and represented clients in connection with litigation and regulatory enforcement matters.
Mike has also represented witnesses and defendants involved in white collar criminal matters and governmental investigations.
Prior to joining the firm, Mike served a one-year term as a law clerk to Federal District Court judge Alfred Covello in Hartford, CT.
