Michael D. Braunstein is a a valued partner at Zarco Einhorn Salkowski PA based in Miami, Florida, providing legal services in Commercial Litigation, Franchise Law, and Corporate Law. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Miami in May 2014. Continuing his education at the University of Miami School of Law, he graduated magna cum laude in 2017. During law school, he earned distinctions in Litigation Skills I, Litigation Skills II, and Alternate Dispute Resolution, and received the Excellence Award in Professional Responsibility.

Mr. Braunstein has a decorated academic background, having been the Captain of the Trial Team, where he received noteworthy recognition for advocacy in numerous competitions. As a member of the Charles C. Papy Moot Court Board, he served on the Presidential Advisory Board and was honored as the Best Oralist. At the University of Miami Race and Social Justice Law Review, he excelled as the Senior Articles Editor, winning the Best Student Casenote Award and having his article published.

He began his legal journey with Zarco Einhorn Salkowski, P.A. in June 2015 as a law clerk, eventually becoming an associate in September 2017. Mr. Braunstein has managed numerous franchise and complex commercial litigation cases in state and federal courts, along with representing clients in mediation and arbitration processes.
