Michael Tarwater is an associate in the Global Services group in Moore & Van Allen’s Charlotte office. His practice involves a broad range of corporate matters, with a focus on general corporate representation, mergers and acquisitions, and the implementation of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs). Michael also assists his corporate clients in their commercial real estate transactions.
