Michael B. Lewiston

Mr. Lewiston specializes in a wide range of business litigation, formation, and negotiation. He has represented major sports franchises including The Detroit Lions and The Detroit Red Wings, as well as numerous business executives and their companies, law firms, and real estate developers.

He has been involved in major antitrust action suits, recovering in excess of $50 million for his clients. He has served as a mediator/facilitator/lecturer in business matters throughout Michigan.

For many years he was a member of Bodman's Executive Committee.

Mr. Lewiston is a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Awards in Bankruptcy, Corporations, Negotiable Instruments, Business Associations, Pleading, and Municipal Corporations. He was the assistant editor for the Michigan Law Review and is a member of the Order of the Coif, a national legal honor society.

He is a member of the board of the Oakland County Michigan Inns of Court and a past member of the Michigan Anti-Trust Council and the Arbitrator Selection Committee of the American Arbitration Association, Michigan Division. Mr. Lewiston is AV® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
