Biography
Michael A. Levatino Jr. is an attorney with Kean Miller in New Orleans, Louisiana, and practices with the firm’s Energy and Environmental Litigation group. His work focuses on representing energy and chemical companies in complex environmental, commercial, and regulatory disputes. Michael assists clients throughout all phases of litigation, including pre-suit investigation, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and appeals in both state and federal courts.
In addition to his environmental and energy litigation work, Michael maintains an active practice in Construction Law and Litigation – Construction.
