Holmes Law Group, founded by Michael A. Our firm was hired to represent the interests of business-owners who had made several international purchases that were not fulfilled.  Multiple contracts and promises governed the business relationship worth several million, and despite best efforts to resolve the dispute prior to filing suit, suit was eventually necessary.  Our team was able to move efficiently and effectively to secure a judgment, and then ensure that judgment was collected in a manner which not only compensated our clients for the underlying purchases, but also their fees and expenses incurred in pursuing resolution.
