Meredith McClure Barrett

Meredith McClure Barrett is an Associate in the firm’s Employment practice. Meredith’s practice focuses on counseling and representing employers with respect to various employment matters, including hiring and separation concerns, restrictive covenants, internal investigations, policy and procedure reviews and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. She also negotiates and drafts employment-related contracts, including employment agreements, restrictive covenants agreements and separation agreements.

In addition, Meredith helps corporate clients by providing labor and employment expertise related to business openings and closings, mergers and acquisitions (buy- and sell-side), and other business transactions.
