Melissa is dedicated to advocating for the rights of some of society's most vulnerable individuals, particularly the elderly. With a certification in Elder Law, Melissa's focus includes nursing home negligence, long-term care cases, and elder abuse. Based in Toronto, Ontario, she is part of the team at Howie, Sacks & Henry, where she also works extensively in personal injury litigation. Her practice covers areas such as product liability, hospital negligence, car accidents, slip and falls, and long-term disability claims. Melissa brings considerable trial experience and is ready to pursue justice for her clients.

Melissa is engaged with various professional associations and has served on the Board of Directors for the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. She has spearheaded the formation of organizations like Canadians4LTC and Lawyers4LTC, aiming for significant improvements in long-term care across Canada.
