Meghan Glynn advises K-12 public schools, municipalities, and higher education institutions across a wide variety of school law matters, encompassing practically every issue involving policy development and implementation, student rights, student discipline and due process, student bullying and harassment, Title IX and sex-based discrimination, personnel matters, employee discipline, employment and labor law, collective bargaining, New Hampshire’s Right to Know Law, school board governance, annual school district meetings, and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). She strives to provide timely, accurate and consistent advice, knowing that schools have to navigate complicated issues promptly and effectively.
Meghan is listed among the Best Lawyers in America for the areas of Labor Law – Management, and Employment Law – Managment. She was also named as a “Rising Star” by New England Super Lawyers each year between 2015 and 2020. She presents annually at Principals Academy and the Bradley F. Kidder Education Law Conference. Additionally, Meghan provides customized trainings for schools on bullying, student discipline, Title IX, and effective employee investigations, and she’s a contributing author in New Hampshire School Law (2019).
In her free time, Meghan enjoys cooking, baking, playing tennis, and reading. Committed to serving the community, Meghan is the Secretary of the New Hampshire Minimum Continuing Legal Education Committee and serves as pro bono counsel to numerous education and wellness-related nonprofit organizations in seacoast New Hampshire.
