Meghan Koushik focuses her practice on complex investigation and government enforcement matters, with a focus on anti-discrimination and higher education. She has represented universities in congressional inquiries, and in government investigations arising under Title VI and Title IX. She also advises colleges and universities on a range of regulatory and policy issues. She regularly conducts sensitive internal investigations involving allegations of sexual misconduct, harassment, and discrimination, racial equity and civil rights audits, and reviews of corporate diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.
