"My clients’ lives have often been irreparably changed by their accident or disability. They require a caring ear, knowledgeable counsel, a creative problem-solver, and someone who is ready to go the distance. It is incredibly rewarding to be all of these things for my clients."

Meghan’s practice is devoted to all types of personal injury litigation on behalf of seriously injured plaintiffs and their families. She has genuine concern for the predicaments of her clients and goes the distance to do everything she can for the best possible result, in order to assist them in reshaping and rebuilding their lives.

Meghan has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Court of Appeal of Ontario, the Financial Services Commission, and the Licence Appeal Tribunal. She has also appeared before the Court of Queen's Bench of New Brunswick.

Meghan began her career defending insurance companies and quickly realized that her passion lies in assisting people whose lives have been forever impacted by unexpected events. She joined Howie, Sacks & Henry in 2004 and has enjoyed a full and rewarding career since.

Meghan is active in the legal community, holding several memberships with legal associations and organizations, writing for their publications and speaking at their conferences and events. Meghan volunteered with the Canadian Brain Injury Association, and the Brain Injury Society of Toronto. She is currently chair of the Risk Management Team of the national charity, Shelter Movers and is heavily involved in their fundraising efforts.
