Megan C. Rogers is known for her practical, results-driven approach to legal and policy matters involving land use, zoning, real estate, municipal law, regulatory compliance and mining. She has extensive experience securing development approvals, as well as navigating complex regulatory processes in mining and environmental law, including permitting and compliance.
Before joining Larkin Hoffman, Megan gained experience serving as counsel to cities in South Florida and most recently as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Bloomington, MN. In those roles, Megan developed a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in board governance, real estate development, public financing, and transactional real estate matters, advising both private clients and municipalities.
