Megan is a top litigator with a background in criminal prosecution and extensive experience in courtroom advocacy. Before joining Parlee, she served as a Crown Prosecutor with Alberta Justice, where she handled written and oral arguments before the Alberta Court of Justice and Court of King’s Bench, including Charter applications and summary conviction appeals.
Since joining Parlee in 2021, Megan has built a broad litigation practice and maintains an active trial practice before Alberta’s courts. Her experience as a prosecutor gives her a practical understanding of advocacy, procedure and dispute resolution that she brings to each matter.
