Megan A. Klein

Megan is a Partner in the Verjee Law Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group, which encompasses a range of commercial litigation matters from general commercial and contract issues to shareholder and partnership disputes as well as administrative and employment law matters. Megan has appeared before the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta and the Alberta Court of Appeal.

Megan has over 20 years of vast experience in the area of insurance law and provides advice and advocacy to clients with respect to a wide variety of insurance matters, including commercial and property claims, professional negligence and serious personal injury/wrongful death. A significant aspect of Megan’s practice in this area is focused on providing advice with respect to matters of insurance coverage. Megan takes pride in identifying practical and common-sense solutions to our clients’ legal issues, giving particular consideration to the clients’ business realities.

In conjunction with her commercial litigation practice, Megan provides advice and assistance to clients with their business needs such as incorporation, shareholder agreements and business transactions.
