Maxime Rhéaume practises in the area of private financing, whether secured on personal property or real estate, unsecured, or processed through subordinated debts. His clientele is composed chiefly of financial institutions which grant operating loans, term loans and construction loans in Québec.
Maxime also possesses a wealth of experience drafting and negotiating loan and guarantee agreements. Furthermore, he regularly represents financial institutions in connection with real estate financing.
Maxime is highly involved with the Université de Montréal where he is a lecturer in corporate law and security property law (Master level) at the Faculty of Law of the Université de Montréal. Since 2012, Maxime is aslo a part-time lecturer (Master level – Advanced business law) at the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the Université Lumière in Lyon, France.
