He has also served as a trial attorney with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel in Jacksonville, Florida. After graduating cum laude with his J.D. degree from University of Puget Sound, Max received his LL.M., a Master’s degree in Tax Law, from the University of Florida. He received his Bachelor of Science in Finance at the University of Utah, where he graduated magna cum laude.
