Biography
Mauro Tucci, a Member in the CSG Law Litigation Group, regularly litigates in federal and state courts on a range of complex commercial disputes. Mauro’s experience includes white collar criminal defense, regulatory and administrative matters, labor disputes, and class action defense. He routinely represents health care providers, financial institutions, pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufactures, and public entities.
Prior to joining the firm, Mauro was an attorney with McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter. He served as law clerk to the Honorable Marie P. Simonelli, J.A.D. (then J.S.C.) of the Superior Court of New Jersey and interned for the Honorable William J. Martini, U.S.D.J. of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Mauro received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, and his M.B.A. in Finance, with honors, from Seton Hall University’s Stillman School of Business. He received his B.A., in Political Science, from Colgate University, where he graduated with honors and was a member of the political science and economics honor societies.
