Biography
Mauricio Moreno focuses his practice on Business & Corporate, Real Estate and Tourist Developments, Mergers and Acquisitions, Foreign Investment, Labour Law and Technology advising both domestic and international clients in doing business and investing in México and on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions.
