Maurice Wong is an associate in the Corporate/Commercial practice group in Fasken’s Vancouver office.
Maurice acts on mergers and acquisitions (both domestic and cross-border), joint ventures, capital raisings, corporate structuring and corporate governance matters.
Maurice also advises clients on issues spanning the lifetime of a company, from incorporation to dissolution. He has experience drafting and reviewing a variety of corporate and commercial agreements.
