Matthew Rendely is a Partner and co-lead of the Estate Litigation practice group at Loopstra Nixon LLP. He practices exclusively in wills, estates, trusts, powers of attorney, guardianship, and capacity-related litigation.
Matthew is well regarded by his peers for his contributions to and achievements in estate litigation. He has been recognized in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory for Estates & Personal Tax Planning — Litigation, Best Lawyers, and the Chambers High Net Worth Guide. In 2021, Matthew was awarded the Hoffstein Book Prize by the Ontario Bar Association. He is also the former Chair of the OBA Elder Law Executive Committee.
